Amy Hix helped us navigate the difficulties of selling and buying at the same time -- every step of the way. We started by discussing what we could sell our current home for and started looking for our new home. It was especially tricky because we were looking for a new construction home, so lining up the closing dates on a home that needs to be finished with a home that needs to go on the market/sell/close on the same timeline can be very tough, but she guided us the entire way! We found our dream home, got our house on the market and she got it under contract in just a few days!! We made it to our closing date on both ends and closed on the sale and purchase of our new home within an hour of each other so we only had to move once! A+ for Amy. I originally asked her to show us a house that I liked, but ended up not being interested after viewing. I told her not to get her hopes up because I have been looking for years and have let down a lot of realtors to the point where they finally quit trying lol. We didn't NEED to move but wanted to upgrade in some areas.. Amy was determined and will try to find what your looking for as soon as its available. She had sent us ones I never would have found searching on my own because of how hot the market is. We literally found a house that was too good to be true, listed our house and sold it all within a month of that first showing. About another month later we closed and moved into the new house. Amy made the process of finding my new home a breeze. She sent me updates on all the new listings in my price range and worked around my busy work schedule to show me houses. After looking at a few houses she found me a great brand new home in my price range and in a great neighborhood.
