Melanie is simply the best. We had a very rough house buying process to say the least, but Melanie stuck by our side and kept us calm every step of the way. We cannot say enough amazing things about Heidi. She was always on the ball, incredibly attentive to our wants and needs, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. She was always willing to make time for us, like take us on last-minute home tours and truly went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers, who knew nothing, she did a great job at making the process easy and painless for us.
