Alice was amazing, we lived out of state and decided to purchase a home in South Carolina. We flew out, met with Alice where she showed us several different area’s we were interested in. She was there for us from the start. Once we decided on a home and neighborhood, she was our eyes and ears. She helped us get started, gave us updates, was there in person for us for meetings and walkthroughs, provided picture and video updates, stayed on the builder for updates and issues, and made the process of buying from out of state an easy process. When it was finally done, she picked up our keys for us and met us at the door as we finally made it from Arizona to our new house. Not only did we gain an awesome realtor but also a friend.

I really can’t say enough good things about Alice, she really went above and beyond for us. We were moving from out of state and really had no idea what we were looking for or the area we wanted to live in. Alice, literally drove all over town at the drop of a dime to make sure she showed us any house we were interested in. She wrote up three different offers to 3 different houses, because the market was so hot then there was no time to think about anything, but she made sure we never offered more then a house was worth. She always had in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods we looked at and the history of the houses. All we had to do was look for what we wanted and she was right on it every time. We had to have looked at more than 20 houses until we found the one for us. She was there every step of the way, always patient, sweet and understanding. She still brings me sweet gifts to this day over a year later, truly a pleasure to work with. You won’t find a better realtor or person to help you find your dream home.
