We were an owner/seller and Aimee represented the buyer. She was professional, polite, and knowledgable -- helpful in making the deal come together. She advocated quite well for the buyer. We weren't very motivated to sell at the time and had already turned down other offers and were considering just keeping our home. I'd say that the buyer having a good agent like Aimee was a factor in why the home ended up selling. I'd recommend her as a resource or agent in buying and selling homes.
