Amy offered solid advice to help ready our home for sale. She suggested what items needed to be updated to sell quickly, provided staging advice, offered to help clean when we were feeling overwhelmed, was readily available when we had questions, and was present for the entire day of our pre-inspection. This was the first time we had ever sold a home and we were extremely nervous. She was very reassuring and rightfully so. Her suggested sale price was spot on.
