We were unable to be physically present during the search process and Andrea went the extra mile by doing physical walk-thrus with videos and comments. Once she knew the type of property we were interested in, she really zeroed in on what we wanted (as opposed to something that might have been easier for her). She was extremely patient and never seemed frustrated with us as we weighed these decisions. She also assisted us through the lending and contract phases by following up and not letting processes slip through the cracks.
