Bought a Single Family home in 2026 in Downtown, Sarasota, FL.
I just purchased commercial real estate with Anita. She helped me identify the best deal on the market, a Main Street property that is not easy to find. She negotiated a very attractive price for me and all the repairs that I requested. The agent wasn’t very responsive, but Anita was on top of everything and made sure we had all documents and contingencies done in time. I recommend Anita Darvai for investors and all real estate buyers who are interested in saving money on a transaction. She knows how to find a deal and how to negotiate the best terms for her clients.
