Team Lester

Our experience with Tim Lester and his staff was great in every way. We found a house in a short time, even after giving Tim a different idea of what we wanted almost every day! Then he did an excellent job negotiating price and terms, and we’re very happy with the contract. Tim and his team were on top of every aspect of the official contract, and the whole process was without a hitch. We will be using him as our sellers agent soon.

As a seller, I would not recommend Tim Lester Realty. While they are nice guys, they are more inclined to keep friends in the realty community than fight for what’s right on behalf of their client. Not only were many mistakes made that I had to catch, but things only got worse.
A buyer failed to show at closing, Nate and Tim had knowledge that the buyers agent openly revealed they had breached. But instead of holding them accountable, they allowed the buyer and their agent off the hook. The earnest deposit went back to the buyers. Clearly wrong and unethical.
Nate never showed the house in person, and never checked after showings, even after several buyer’s agents left messes, left lights on, turned the pool motor off, and left doors unlocked. Once, the keys were taken by an agent and he had to be tracked down to retrieve them. With the final buyer, I didn’t receive an actual phone call for over 3 weeks and only received a voicemail from Tim after the deal was done and they were paid their commission.
The great reviews drew me to them, but unfortunately I cannot leave one of my own. I realize now, that most of their efforts go into helping buyers, not sellers.

Mike Smoljanovich was wonderful to work with. He returned calls immediately, always had correct answers to questions and knows his business. Although the seller's agent was also with team Lester, the two agents worked together to make the seller happy and we as buyers, happy. We highly recommend Mike and Lester Real Estate.

My experience with Tim Lesters team was perfect, I was looking for a house in Fl and reached out to Tim months before I was heading there from Co. Tim stayed in touch but did not harrass me with followup calls. When I did arrive in Fl Tim teamed me up with Mike Smoljanovich. Mike had a list of properties lined up to show me per my request. Once I found the house I wanted, Mike negotiated the best possible deal for me. He was amazing from start to finish. I honestly feel I lucked out when I called Tim Lester
