Annie is responsive, knowledgable, flexible, active, personable, understanding, and patient. She provided flexibility to view homes based on our schedule. She was very responsive to our questions within 24 hours by email or phone/text. However, when we were under contract she made sure to be even more diligent with time. During the home search she provided us, as first time home buyers, tips and respectful opinions. When we were under contract, she made revisions to our contract based on our preference. She made sure to make necessary contact with all parties for smooth closing. We recommend her as your realtor!
