She has been an El Dorado County Top Achiever since 2007 and is currently serving as President Elect for the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, as well as a Director for CREB and MetroList.

April began her career in the Mortgage Banking Industry in 1987, previously working as an FHA/VA loan underwriter before refocusing her career to the real estate side in 2004. She represents buyers and sellers in residential, land, and commercial sales. April also specializes in short sale negotiations throughout the state of California, being NAR certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures.
