I would send a list of addresses that we were interested in to Barketta and she would respond within an hour with a schedule of showings set up for us for those properties. If there were any changes, Barketta was very efficient and notified us immediately. She even took our calls and submitted an offer while out of town to see family. Barketta is very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention reassuring when I felt defeated. She works very diligently to ensure her clients are taken care of.

Barketa was helpful, patient, and available during our relocation during a time when it was definitely a sellers market. She quickly recognized what properties would work for us and was honest about the good and the bad of properties we looked at. Barketta handled everything amazingly!

After 26 years of moving in the military I can confidently say that Barketa Kerns is the most professional and supportive real estate agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Barketa Kerns was referred to us via the NFCU Realty Referral program however we decided to stay with Barketa because of her direct communication style, extensive knowledge of the area, willingness to thoroughly address our questions and responsiveness to our requests for showings. She stayed supportive as we went through the journey of refining our priorities based on limited inventory and numerous rejected VA offers in an extreme seller’s market. When we made our offer on the house Barketa suggested using a strategy that we were not familiar with. It ended up being THE reason we got our dream house! Could not be happier

Barketa Kerns was a pleasure to work with! Although we had a hard time finding a place that met my requirements yet still in my price range, she showed precistance and found the perfect home for my kids and me. She did a great job of pointing out things that I would not have seen or known to look for in houses that we looked at, and would not let me settle for a house that I may have if it wasn't for her. Barketa was awesome with my kids when they came and looked at houses with us. My daughter often asks if we are going to see Barketa today.
I will definitely recommend her to anyone I hear of that will be looking to buy or sell a house, and I will be using Barketa again to sell my home when I am ready to.

We really enjoy Barketa, her sense of humor and her knowledge of the current market. Working with her has been a fun experience and are almost sad that finding and buying a new home is over. She has the ability to guide you without feeling the nudge, a rare ability. Although relatively new to the area I think she'll become well known in the real estate market.
