We really enjoy Barketa, her sense of humor and her knowledge of the current market. Working with her has been a fun experience and are almost sad that finding and buying a new home is over. She has the ability to guide you without feeling the nudge, a rare ability. Although relatively new to the area I think she'll become well known in the real estate market.

Barketa was a saint when it came to buying our house. We came across many problems that she fixed herself or arranged to have fixed. She even went attack dog for us when we were having issues with certain inspectors/workers who were not doing their jobs, and got everything back on track. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house. Barketa was not in it just to make a buck and flip a house, she was in it to help us find a home.

It was an emotional process for all of us due to the fact that it was our parents home and my father had been moved to a full care facility.
