“We recently relocated from Indianapolis to the Michiana area and worked with Barketa Kearns as our realtor — she was fantastic! From day one, her deep knowledge of the area helped us understand the neighborhoods and what we could realistically afford. She was honest, thoughtful, and always respectful of our wishes, offering guidance without ever being pushy. Barketa was incredibly attentive to the details, even stepping in to do virtual tours when one of us couldn’t be there in person. And when she wasn’t available, she made sure other agents at Century 21 Circle stepped in to help — one of them even came to pick us up when our car broke down! That kind of care and flexibility made all the difference. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication turned what could’ve been a stressful move into a smooth and even enjoyable experience. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the process!”
“Michele Burkheimer was great, I feel very fortunate that she was my Realtor. Michele made the process go smoothly, kept me informed, educated me, and "went to bat for me", it was very good communication, she answered all my questions, help me to get things done right and on time, gave me good advices. Michele went above and beyond what, I think would be normally expected. I would certainly ask her to represent me when buying or selling real-estate and will highly recommend her to others.”
“Dedicated and communicative agent. She worked very hard to get our property sold as timely as possible. We couldn't have asked for anything more and I believe her to be a valuable asset to her Century 21 team. Thank you Patty!”
“Instant match of agent and a great fit for us! Giselle was very professional and helpful in guiding us every step of the way. She's prompt with responses and incredibly patient with us with our questions, concerns, and requests. Even after the deal has closed, she still took the time to follow up with us to make sure we are properly settled in.”
“Wendy is a wonderful agent and person. She did everything the way we wanted it and the house had an offer on day 2 or 3. Would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great agent!”
“I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how professional Lisa was and how quickly the property sold. We had a closing within a month of listing.”
“The sale was stress-free and Amber really helped us get things ready.”
“Our agent was very helpful. He kept us informed every step of the way. I never thought the house would sell during the quarantine, but our agent, Barry, was able to sell our house anyway. Made things go very smooth, easy and fast. Was a great experience.”
“The Realtor, James Bausch, did a wonderful job. He was always quick to communicate and was very tuned into our needs. We found our home in a short period of time.”
“Mary Beth Myers was awesome!!!!”

Plymouth offers residents a welcoming, close-knit community with a strong sense of heritage, convenient amenities, abundant outdoor recreation, and vibrant opportunities to connect through events and local businesses.
Plymouth balances small-town ease with just-right access to bigger-city amenities. As the county seat of Marshall County and a short, straightforward drive from South Bend, it’s a practical launchpad for commuters and weekend explorers alike. The Yellow River threads through town, framing a walkable downtown where the restored REES Theatre hosts films, concerts, and community events that bring neighbors together.
Outdoor time is taken seriously here. Centennial Park anchors year-round recreation, and every Labor Day weekend the nationally known Marshall County Blueberry Festival fills the city with live music, craft vendors, and plenty of pie. Local history buffs gravitate to the award-winning Marshall County Museum, where hands-on exhibits and a vibrant events calendar make the area’s past feel current. Day trips are easy, whether you’re heading to lakeside dining and beach time in Culver or catching a game up the road.
Families appreciate the strong footing provided by the Plymouth Community School Corporation, known for innovative programs, competitive athletics, and robust arts opportunities. Housing ranges from classic early-20th-century homes near downtown to newer builds on the edge of town, with prices that tend to go farther than in larger metros.
