This is my first house ever!
Amy was there from the beginning to the end. It didn't matter what time of day, she always replied to me questions and took my concerns to the seller.
I told her exactly what I was looking for in October knowing that my lease was up in February.
She researched what I needed and found the perfect place for me.
I was looking for a condo and she showed me the most perfect place for me and my mom.
We made an offer in November, with closing escrow by the end of December, she showed us as well as explained to us step by step what to expect, wether they accepted our offer or came back with a counter offer.
She hooked me up with the people who could fix what needed fixed, negotiated with the seller and got us exactly what we wanted.
Escrow closed early so we get to move in Now.....
So super excited and Amy kept me in the loop at all times and I have gained a new friend.

The process of trying to find a home is daunting and trying to do it across the country feels near impossible, but Kaula absolutely knocked it out of the park. In our introductory call she was attentive to our needs and helped provide neighborhood and area suggestions.
