Brad handled the sale of the house in record time, and with exemplary skill. That in itself is a strong reason to recommend him, but it isn't my only, or even my strongest, reason for doing so.

I find change difficult, so the prospect of simultaneously selling my house and buying a condo seemed like a nightmare. Brad made the entire experience immeasurably better than it would otherwise have been. I literally shudder to think of what it would have been like without is kindness, his patience, and his knowledge. I am greatly in his debt, and now consider him a friend as well. Brad Thelin is, to my mind, what a realtor should try to be: a person of integrity and empathy, one who not only worked unfailingly to advance my interests as a seller (and buyer), but who also tried to make the process as comfortable and accessible to me as possible. I can't thank him enough for that.

I met Brad Thelin at the open house for the property that I was interested in. He was very polite and friendly. I was living out of state at the time and Brad helped me through the buying process. I was a bit nervous at times because I wasn’t in state for the entire process. I counted on Brad to help me through and he did. He was very willing to help me and answered texts in a very timely manner. I would recommend Brad to my friends!

Brad Thelin helped me sell my condo as well as buy my current house. When I decided to put my condo up for sale, I really wasn’t sure how fast it would sell in this market, since condos don’t have the wide appeal that a house does. Through marketing and open houses, Brad was able to get the condo sold quickly. I was amazed! He also helped me buy a house, and walked me through all the steps involved in selling the condo and buying a house. Thanks Brad!

I highly recommend Bradford Thelin. He is a wonderful person and seems to enjoy his profession. Brads patience and helpfulness were invaluable, he was reaching out and answering any questions throughout the process.
I was blessed to have had Brad respond to a home inquiry on an online listing. He provided information, reccomendations, and stayed positive. This man deserves a glowing letter of recommendation.

If you’re looking for a great realtor Brad is the one. professional kind ,knowledgeable and my favorite thing about him is he’s willing to go in places I wasn’t. like cobwebby Attic scary looking dingy basements to make sure the house is in overall good condition.

Brad was terrific. He goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience throughout the home buying process, with the move and after.

We recently purchased our 1st home not knowing how it worked in the beginning was tuff we gave up with Quick & Loans because the agent they referred us to knew very little of real-estate. A year later we found Brad Thelin & he was with Better Homes at the time we really weren’t interested in the Agency as we were of the agent, the person listening to our needs & wants & price range. Brad worked with us & Answered each and every question spot on. There wasn’t much Brad didn’t know, he was excellent! Made our experience less stressful, easy, i would do it again in a heartbeat with Brad Thelin. Brad is a very honest person who’s main concern is serving his clients by building a very trustworthy relationship. That is one of the main reasons my wife and I chose to work with him on the purchase of our new and now selling our previous home. There is no questioning of the process of buying or selling a home all paperwork,contract dates etc are all comfortably laid out in understanding terms. Brad really helped in all areas to get the necessary details completed in a extremely professional manner.

Integrity is so important when making a major transaction and Brad covers all those areas and more. Immediately meeting him my wife and I felt so comfortable and this has always been the case. He truly guides the client through a knowledgeable experience that takes the stress from buying or selling a home away.

Bradford is a very responsible young man. Century 21 is very lucky to have him. He is very hard working.

Brad was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He did go above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend using him if you are looking to buy or sell.

From the first day we met Brad, and even now he was there to answer any questions we have had. We have heard from many friends how stressful buying home can be, and we prepared ourselves for this. However Brad made the entire process enjoyable. Even when things got a little crazy on the sellers side, Brad was there to talk down any concerns we may have had. Since closing we have had a few issues with things in the home, and even though the transaction is over Brad is still there to answer our questions and help us anyway he can. We will absolutely recommend him to our family and friends.

Brad is detail oriented, polite, patient. The documents and timeline of our purchase were well informed and constantly reminded. Which made us understand and well prepared for each step of the purchase. The responses to our questions and requests from Brad were quick and honest. We are satisfied with his service over all.
