We crossed paths with Brad Thelin with sheer luck of the draw.
We were assigned one broker but for some reason that broker did not cover my area of interest.go figure.

Brad was courteous; professional and oh so accommodating.
We secured the home of our dreams. There were real nail biting moments during this transaction but in the end Brad closed the deal on our Luxury dream home.

Considering this all transpired during Covid 19, Brad was instrumental in getting all parties to the finish line.

Brad sent a daily list of properties which met my criteria. This gave me a great starting place for me to drive by properties, look at the neighborhood, and make a determination as to whether I wanted to look more closely, perhaps attend an open house and give serious consideration to a home. Brads easy demeanor, combined with his knowledge of the market gave me the perfect sounding board and advice on preparing an offer.
