Let's see where do I start. Brandon is a consummate professional. He's by far the ABSOLUTE best realtor I've ever met. When we moved here in 2018, God brought Brandon into our lives. At the time we weren't looking to buy but Brandon went out of his way to help us find a rental. When we were ready to buy, we contacted Brandon and he helped us find our forever home. He listened to our needs and wants, he wasn't pushy, he made sure we were gonna to be happy with our purchase. He answered all of our questions, and when he wasn't sure of an answer he always got back to us.
So if you're looking for a realtor who is caring, patient, genuine, knowledgeable and a hard worker, Brandon is your man.

Brandon is the man! We closed on my first home yesterday. He negotiated a deal that I only had me pay $16 to close. He worked at my pace the entire time. He quickly learned my likes and dislikes. Then he found me the perfect house! Couldn't be more happier!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and journey with Mr. Ricard. I would recommend him to any and all of my closest friends and/or family. Me and my wife went through this process a year before and it was terrible. Mr. Ricard made us feel comfortable and allowed us ample time to gather our thoughts, while still giving us the best council there was to give on timing and negotiability on properties we were interested in. Also, he's a pretty nice guy to be around and he still checks in periodically to see how we're doing. All in all I couldn't ask for a better realtor. Brandon helped myself and my two roommates find an excellent house in the Baton Rouge area for rent. He was very helpful, paid attention to our specific needs, and was available whenever we needed him. Even after we moved in he addressed all of our concerns and even gave us a great deal on a moving cleaner. I would definitely go to Brandon for any of my future housing needs in the Baton Rouge area and would recommend him to To all my friends and family.
