Working with Brenda as both a buyer and a seller I can tell you she's phenomenal in both categories and second to none. When working with her as a buyer she went above and beyond making herself available whenever we were able to meet showing us over 10 properties in one weekend. When I decided to sell this property Brenda met with me on a holiday as I now live out of state to get the paperwork going. Brenda is a huge asset as a seller's realtor as she's got amazing contractors that are willing to work as hard, diligently and as fast as she does and her follow up is second to none. I don't think there is a way that she could make a getting a house ready to market as easy as she does, it's flat out amazing how much she does.
