Brian is a TRUE professional. His work with our probate was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. We lost a family member unexpectedly and our father lived in Nevada while we were navigating a move from Colorado to Idaho while my wife was transitioning from active duty military to retirement. We had SO much on our plate and Brian was available for all of our questions…promptly.

I received a higher than expected sales price due to his professional expertise and negotiating skills. He promptly had utilities turned on and dealt with an unexpected plumbing and A/C issue. He has extensive understanding of the HOA rules and regs which helped me with filing the correct paperwork for improvements to the yard and house.
