We recently decided to upgrade to a larger home in a neighboring community. Brian and Vini helped my family and I sell our current home and purchase a new one, which isn't always an easy task since we wanted to close on the homes at the same time to avoid holding two mortgages. Brian gave us a price recommendation that would get us the dollar amount we wanted while meeting the time frame we needed and not have our home sit on the market for too long. Once we decided to list our house, Brian and his team got to work with their photographers, lenders, and marketing team. Brian negotiated the price on our new home and was even able to get the sellers to accept a home sale contingency so that we wouldn't be forced to close on our new house if the current house didn't sell. It was a lengthy and sometimes complicated process but overall it went smoothly and we were able to close on both homes at the same time and are now happily living in our dream home! I would highly recommend The Pearl Antonacci Group for any and all of your real estate needs. They have the experience, are dedicated to their clients and are always available to answer any questions no matter what time of day or night!

We met Brian when we called about one of his listings in East Boca. We had been working with a friend who is an agent but didn't see the value of having a buyer's agent. Brian quickly showed us the value of having an expert real estate agent on our side. He showed us several homes and over the period of just a couple of months we were able to find our new home. Brian got us a great deal and was able to negotiate a substantial discount off of the listing price, guided us through the inspections, and even assisted with our questions about financing. Only like to deal with a person that loves what they do and prove it based on there work ethic. Brian is just that person and takes it to another level! He treats it like it's his own house not just a job to make a quick buck.

The fact that brian hired a professional photographer to make the house look so good me and my wife weren't sure if it was our house and made us want to repurchase was amazing. Just shows again the work ethic of a person that loves what they do.

The Florida market can be so unpredictable so it was great that Brian and Vinnie were able to react quickly and offer alternative approaches to promote the sale.

We had an excellent experience selling and purchasing our home through Brian. He was extremely friendly and professional at all times.
