We are so grateful for the recommendation from friends to partner with Adam & Brit in search of our next home. Given the current market, we didn't know if we'd need to find something with potential to make it what we wanted or if we could be fortunate enough to find something move-in ready. Having their expertise in what it would take to remodel a home, was a HUGE asset as we walked through many properties together. We really appreciated Adam's expertise in different eras of homes within different neighborhoods we were focused on, which really helped us get a realistic perspective of what was available to us within our price range. Brit always went the extra mile to give us as much background as she could find on any properties we were seriously considering. This also gave us the confidence when we needed to make a quick decision on the home that ultimately became ours (woohoo!) - and it happened to be move-in ready - an added bonus!
