I consider myself extremely picky so I was beyond happy when Bryan found us a home large enough for our family, in a great school district/neighborhood and within our price range! He was so accommodating that he would typically show us a house within 24hours of asking to see it as long as the seller agreed. In fact, the house we bought he sent to us Thursday morning and showed it that evening. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day! The things I appreciated most about Bryan was his patience and honesty, never pushy! Highly recommended.

I don't know many realtors who would have endured the schedule we put Bryan through in those couple of days. In a very tight time line, Bryan was able to show us close to 40 homes over a 4 day period.

Bryan was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home!! He listened incredibly well to learn exactly what we were looking for and at times seemed to know better than we did with his recommendations and information prior to each home visit. His communication was amazing as I felt we were very demanding clients who were only available on odd hours and yet he never missed a single reply. He truly was a joy to work with and made this exciting yet sometimes stressful experience a ton of fun!! Almost makes me want to buy another house!
