My wife and I are very appreciative of Carissa's attention to datail, advise all hours of the day or week, mentorship since we had never sold a house before, contractor recommendations, problem solving and grace. It was a tough sale and she got it sold! We are also thankful for the other officciers for their cleaning company recommendation, the young lady worked after hours and early the next morning inorder to meet the closing date. This company earned their commission and then some. We are very thankful and appreciative customers.
