Carly was an amazing realtor. I only learned after getting Carly as my new realtor that I did not need someone who would only listen to what I wanted and let me look at anything and everything. I needed someone (which Carly was) who would guide me and tell me what I didn’t want. Multiple houses she advised against and I am certainly glad that happened. I had never bought a house and so I had really no idea what the process looked like and what was actually a good house for the price until Carly became my realtor. She found me a house where I currently live and is by all looks to be my forever home and it was a total deal of a lifetime with multiple offers, etc. if I ever have to buy another house for some reason or an investment property Carly will be the only one I end up working with.
