I could give Catherine 10 stars, I would in all the above categories. I was helping sell for somebody else who lives overseas and as a POA seller, we had to jump through all sorts of imaginable and unimaginable hoops in a tough sellers market but Catherine's patience, knowledge, demeanor, kindness and support made it happen and the deal would not have been possible without her dedication and commitment. When I moved out of state, Catherine was not only my eyes and ears, but took ownership and stewardship of all of the intricate steps in the sales cycle including showings, working with buyers agents, communication, negotiation, managing multiple vendors and contractors to help on all sorts of ways. You would want an agent like Cathrine on your side.
