Chad and Kelsi were amazing every step. I have used chad on 5 transaction and would not use anyone else. He has been super helpful and knowledgeable in every single one if you want a up front honest realtor he's your guy. We worked with Chad twice. First time was to buy our house & 2nd time was to sell it 4 years later. We picked him to sell it because he proved to us working with him through the buying process to be kind, thoughtful, hard working, on top of things, very easy to reach & gets back to you in a timely manner. My father passed away and I wanted to sell his house. It was an overwhelming time. I was fortunate to be referred to Chad Childers. He along with His co worker Agent Kelsi La Belle make the process seem less. They were there for all of the inspections. Any questions or concerns i had were answered. The house sold quickly.
