Chad is an outstanding agent. He worked closely with us from start to closing and
even followed up afterward. He went above and beyond to make the process go
smoothly. Chad knows the market and the area very well and will not quit until he
has helped you find what you are looking for. I rarely ever leave all 5 star reviews, but
Chad is really worth it. So 5 stars all around!

Chad was AMAZING to work with. Communication was fantastic and always instant.
Made going to look at places as convenient as possible, worked around my
schedule. Went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible, and
navigated conversations with some less than professional realtors and sellers
beautifully. I knew that he was in my corner and would highly recommend working

I needed help with. This is our first home that we have purchased and I didn’t know
