Chad was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We were originally looking for a fixer upper and he informed us when we were looking in an area he felt would not be suited for us. We eventually moved here and leased while we searched for a home. Chad stuck with us and we finally found the perfect home. He kept us informed at all times and made the process of closing very easy. Definitely recommend him.
