Chad Weeks

Chad spent a lot of time with us trying to find the right home. As we were out of state when we started looking this was not an easy process. Chad was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We were originally looking for a fixer upper and he informed us when we were looking in an area he felt would not be suited for us. We eventually moved here and leased while we searched for a home. Chad stuck with us and we finally found the perfect home. He kept us informed at all times and made the process of closing very easy. Definitely recommend him.

Chad Weeks sold me my first home. I was extremely nervous to take this leapÉ thatÕs actually an understatement. However, he was a calm to my storm. He helped me in many ways and knew what I was looking for and needed before I even knew. As a single mom, not being stuck with a mortgage payment and a fixer upper was a must.
