I have been practicing real estate for over 20 years. I'm the Broker at Chanda Davis Real Estate. I'm an Alabama Certified Real Estate Instructor through the Alabama Real Estate Commission, certified in 2007. First 3 years of opening my brokerage we have grown from 2 agents to 92 agents and growing every week. In 2020, sales volume was 34 million.

After earning a biology degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1997. In May 2000, I earned my master's degree in Biology Ed from Alabama A&M, and I am currently working on the Ed.S. degree at AAMU with a special focus on project-based learning/biology. Honors: 2011 Presidential Award for Math and Science Teaching, Huntsville City Schools Teacher of the Year (2009-10); PTA Teacher of the Year (2009); recipient of National Board Certification in the area of Science/Early Adolescence; Alabama Presidential Math and Science Award finalist; recipient of more than $100,000 in grants for classroom science research; and many others.
