This is my fifth year as a Kentucky real estate agent, and I couldn't be more grateful. My goal has always been to put my clients first and to keep the golden rule at the forefront. Great service and responsiveness. Generally nice and friendly to work with and even volunteered to help with a few minor repairs. Recommended.

Charity went above and beyond during our home purchase. She was always pleasant and handled difficult situations with grace, but made sure to get all the kinks ironed out (no fault of her own). She returned messaged promptly, she made the extra effort to make herself available for us. It was truly a pleasure to have her as our realtor, and we highly recommend her to everyone!

Charity was a joy to work with.
I appreciate her being so available to deal with my "stressing out" outside of business hours.
It was a competitive market but she went out of her way to get me into homes very quickly.
