Cheryl, "CJ" was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions, and eager to find an answer if she didn't already know it. We really appreciated her communication, we always knew what was going on when things were in her hands. She was very gracious and understanding about us occasionally blowing up her phone and email with houses we wanted to see; and she was a great coordinator for going to see the listings, planning the route and timing out well and working with our schedules. She was also extremely professional working with a listing agent that was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've come across in a long time. No matter how frustrating or condescending the listing agent was, she remained professional and focused on the goal, getting us the house we wanted at a reasonable price.
