I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have certifications with an ePRO designation (Internet Professional), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate). I recently became a Broker in Indiana as well to ensure that I could provide my clients with the best options possible in the area. I've worked with other realtors but none compare to Cheryl. Her expertise helped sell my home in a community special to those wanting to live in a horse community. She advertised not only on the usual real estate sites but on web sites catering to farms and ranches. Cheryl held a large brokers open which brought many realtors working with all income levels including high end buyers which probably led to the sale of my home. I highly recommend Cheryl for all your real estate needs.

Cheryl is a professional of the highest level. She went above and beyond in helping us to purchase a home that was built in 1914. Needless to say a home of this age raised a lot of questions for us. I fell in the love with the home and as things progressed I took a step back, but knowing my love for the house, she reached out to me again and with that everything fell into place. Had she not made contact with me the house might belong to someone else now. Cheryl lived my excitement for the home with me but never pressured me to purchase. I guess you could say she just knew the house was supposed to be mine and thanks to her, it is. I'm very blessed. I would highly recommend Cheryl Sabin for listing or purchasing a home.

I recently used Cheryl in the sale of our home in Grand Dell subdivision. Cheryl offered many great suggestions on getting the home ready for showing. She also had wonderful pictures taken that we used in the listing. Because of here involvement and suggestions our home sold in 8 days!
Cheryl followed thru on every little detail. She was very attentive. I felt much less stress than we had anticipated thru the complete process. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone needing to sell or buy a home.
