Jodie was professional and a great help at first but later lost the connection. She never showed our home or showed houses to us( if either happened another realtor did so). Our open house was not advertised and she would tell us she would follow up but failed to do so. When we asked about things she would just tell us to be patient then decided one day she no longer wanted to work for us and asked to break our contract. Her only advise was to lower our homes price when she originally told us we should get what we wanted out of our home.

My wife and I went through 2 realtors who weren't very helpful and didn't seem to excited to help a newlywed couple get into their first home. That all changed when someone recommended Jodie to us. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and helped us down a path we had never been before. We know so much more now after she helped us with our understanding of a new process. Jodie will be our realtor for life and we have told everyone we know in the area to contact her when they start looking for houses. If you are considering a realtor, stop when you read this, she will be the only you need to talk to.

Jodie was great helping me find my house. I would send her list of properties I wanted to see and she would get them scheduled quickly. When showing me a house she was helpful in pointing out area's of concern, When I found the house I wanted I texted her at 7am and she had me viewing the house that night, I made an offer and after a counter offer that Jodie went over with me I got my house. She was quick to give me referrals for inspectors and was very helpful walking me thru the closing process. She has stayed in touch over the last year checking to see that we have settled in and if everything was alright with the house. She really went above and beyond!

We moved to this area last year and had been having a problem with our real estate agent. Then we got extremely lucky and met Jodie. She quickly picked up the pieces, gave us the feeling that we would be OK and found us the perfect place. She then guided us through the process of buying our new home.
