I highly recommend Cheryl if you are selling your home. Cheryl came to me with her ideas and we talked them through. She answered all of my questions. She stayed in touch throughout the entire process and keep me up-to-speed. Once the house was under contract, Cheryl guided me through the process and knew which items on the home inspection weren't worth fixing for the buyers, which saved me money as the seller.
