He was very forceful and persuasive when trying to convince the seller into a contract with buyer. Did not respect the sellers final decision to not sell and continued to be persuasive and boardline harassment into signing a contract. He stated I was “gambling” and “I would never find a deal like this again.” He said he had my best interests at heart, however he did not respect my decision not to sell.
