Background Story: Christine sold our property (2019), the process was seamless as we were getting a new built home. Christine was able to get us above asking price and the home sold within 7 hours of being on the market. Fast forward to 2021 Dreams change and so do jobs...Late last year my husband got a new job offer and we had to pick up and move again. I called the only person that I would trust would do a great job.

Battling COVID and having a timeline of a little less than two months to pack up and move. Christine took on that challenge. This time however, if something could have gone wrong, it did. At no fault of our own or Christine for that matter. Lender issues, late closing, 3 transactions on line line that would have fallen through if this deal did not happen. Let me tell you, this girl was on the phone with the lenders, realtors, title companies hour by hour for days to ensure that we would be able to get the home sold within the allotted time.
I can tell you we cried together, we laughed we prayed and we became great friends because of it.

My experience with Christine was we found a home late on a Sunday afternoon she put a bid on the home that afternoon and negotiated a fair price for the home on the flowing day, She was on top of the hole prosses she kept in touch with the lender and update us often until we closed the deal she is very professional and caring it was a good feeling you won't find anyone any better you will be in good hands with her she takes care of everything.(:
