Christine worked above and beyond what we expected. She was very helpful in helping us choose a great location, we wanted a gated community and she was familiar with each one we wanted to look at houses in. We found a home we were interested in. Before making an offer, she found damage, took pictures to show for proof during the negotiation and we ended up paying $15,000 less than asking price in a very competitive market. We are in love with our new home and our location! She is the best realtor we have ever had, I would highly recommend her!
