Corey made the buying process both pleasurable and enjoyable at a time when the market was not in buyers' favor. Within an hour of the house that we settled on being listed, Corey was there to view it with us, and we were under contract that same weekend. EXCELLENT! WITHOUT A DOUBT. It was a great experience with Corey as a first time home buyer. I did not live in Pennsylvania and buying a house in PA without being there, seemed unreal. He was involved from the beginning of the process and guiding me through all the steps. Had my showings lined up very conveniently for a weekend when I was there. Not having any experience in buying a house was overwhelming, Corey was there every time I had ANY type of question. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me, not only that, his advice on negotiation was on point. He was very ORGANIZED and stayed on top of things and made sure that process went smoothly. He appears genuinely nice person. Corey did AMAZING work. Great working with him, definitely would work with him in future.

Corey is knowledgeable, professional, and all-around good guy. We were looking to upsize and move to a desirable school district. With this crazy market, we were thrilled to have Corey on our side.
