He went above and beyond for us as his clients- this is the third home we have purchased but the first with Dave and we have never had a better experience. He spent so much time searching for a home that met all of our needs and spent hours upon hours meeting us for showings. If we ever had a question and he was unsure of the answer, he would find out and get it for us asap. We also all learned a lot about the renovation loan process so Dave is now well versed in that topic as it is likely not something many realtors deal with on the daily. Dave was excellent! He quickly answer my questions and if he didn't have an answer he would find it right away. He was amazing at helping us understand the market, negotiate and gave us several options. We was knowledgeable and worked around our schedule. He went above and beyond by checking on us after our purchase to make sure everything was ok and he made himself available if needed, even after the purchase. I have dealt with several realtors and Dave has been the best by far.
