From the start, Dave was extremely responsive and easy to reach. He always got back to us right away and kept us informed without us having to ask, which made the process far less stressful.
We’ve worked with other realtors in the past, and Dave was leaps and bounds better than anyone we’ve dealt with before. The difference in communication, organization, and overall handling of the process was very noticeable.
We ran into several unique and tricky situations with different buyers, including issues caused by mistakes on the buyer’s side. Dave went above and beyond to step in, straighten things out, and make sure our interests were protected so the deal could move forward.
He also priced the house very well. His expectations were spot-on, which helped lead to a quick sale and a great price.

Dave Johnson was absolutely phenomenal in helping us find our forever home. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, & honest. He went above and beyond for us as his clients- this is the third home we have purchased but the first with Dave and we have never had a better experience. He spent so much time searching for a home that met all of our needs and spent hours upon hours meeting us for showings. If we ever had a question and he was unsure of the answer, he would find out and get it for us asap. We also all learned a lot about the renovation loan process so Dave is now well versed in that topic as it is likely not something many realtors deal with on the daily.
