Being a native of Chicago and spending years jumping between New York City and Los Angeles as an actor has truly made me appreciate the quiet, low property tax state of Delaware, which also has no sales tax. I've spent a considerable amount of time here. I graduated from the University of Delaware and owned a 24-hour diner right on Main Street in Newark, so I'm no stranger to the area. I have to admit, I love it. Spending significant time in densely populated areas, where the notion of experiencing "personal space" was akin to witnessing a UFO landing, has really helped me appreciate the increased quality of life that Delaware offers. After seeing firsthand how beautiful this state is and how close you are to all your favorite East Coast destinations, I believe you'll seriously consider relocating to Delaware.
