The phone never rings when I call David. He always answers it before I even hear it ring one time! I don't even know how that is possible. This means I am never in the dark during the Real Estate process. He also represents me well to the other agent. I know that the things I communicate to him are passed on to the other party quickly and clearly. When I use David I know I am in good hands. I will never use another agent!

I would recommend David to anyone thinking about selling or buying a home or investment property. He is extremely knowledgeable about the many properties and has excellent communication skills and answers all of our questions in a timely manner.
Moreover, he is always pleasant and courteous in his dealings with everyone. I recently recommended him to a friend and she was so happy with the service he provided her.

8 months ago, I decided it was time to buy a house. I found David Essuman, the best realtor ever. He showed me lots of places for sale. A lot lol, non of the houses I saw fit my style or personality, I could not make an offer because I am very precise and I like what I like. David was so patient and professional with me through out this whole process(showing me so many houses, I couldn't make up my mind, didn't like any of them, me getting frustrated etc). Finally, he came up with this idea to build a brand new home with Edge Homes so I can customize it. Best idea ever. I had to wait 8 months for my home to be completed, and it was totally worth the wait . I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home. It has everything I wanted in a first home and more , at least a 3 bed 3 bath, a basement, a pool, a clubhouse, a gym facility etc.

I never knew getting my new home would be so stress free. The entire process went smoothly. David was dependable and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. He is seriously the best.

I felt a sense of honestly when I met David. He genuinely cared and had my best interest at heart.

David's performance was outstanding. Greater than a five star. I have had experiences with realtors in the past and David is one in a million. You will be taking care of.

Because of how great my experience was with David Essuman, I will forever do business with him. He is trustworthy, very professional, patient, and kind. Not to mention his excellent knowledge of the market here in Utah. David is the best.

I am so grateful we had the opportunity to work with David Essuman. He was very knowledgable about the real estate market and the area in which we were selling our house. David did a wonderful job with the sale of our home. We needed it sold quickly and we had and accepted an offer in 14 hours on the market. Our selling experience could not have been any smoother. David is the best.

Dave was very helpful in our home sale. When buyers were unable to receive funding he did the research and contacted other agents that had sold homes in our similar situation and was able to find approved lenders for our buyers. We sold our home and were able to get into our new location just in time to receive the buyer incentives. He was very accessible and to get in contact with.

One thing that we really felt working with David on our home purchase was that he really cared and was concerned about our interests and needs. Most of the other entities that we dealt with in our purchase, sales agent-design coordinator etc., have not been truthful or remotely concerned about us as people and homebuyers, but as dollar signs and another irritant for them. David was the total opposite. He always kept us informed as to the progress and problems with the purchase, and gave us the information for the mortgage lender who was the same awesome type of person that he is. David truly made me feel that my home purchase was as important to him as it was to us. We really appreciate his professionalism as well as his friendship in the whole process. We will definitely refer David to all our friends and family and make sure that we spread his name and company to as many people as we can. David honesty was critical in our decision making. Never told us "just" what we wanted to hear.

David always took point and settled any financial pitfalls we may have encountered before they ever became an issue.

Again at no time did I ever worry about my house while David was handling the sale.

My husband and I worked with Dave for over a year and he was/is a remarkable agent! He's extremely reliable, knowledgeable, professional and personable with the most happy upbeat attitude and optimistic outlook. He spent countless hours helping us make decisions that would be best for our family. We love that he would give us options as a professional and then give us his personal recommendations as well. It made the whole process so much more manageable and helped us feel we were important to him and not just "clients". We feel like we didn't just gain an awesome agent for our future needs and one that we can also personally recommend to family and friends, we gained a lifelong friendship as well. So here's the deal about Essuman: Amplifiers have settings that go from zero to 10. David goes to eleven. Just a notch above when you need that little extra oomph. Great communicator. Way professional, Fair negotiator. Uses funny catch-phrases. Informs you every step of the way. Makes you feel like you're his only client.

Plus dude is an impeccable dresser. So there's that.

I was uncertain about the need for a realtor given that this was my first home sale. David changed all that. Highest recommendation. Nice work, David.
