My wife and i were headed to Utah for a business trip and thought we should research some properties while we're there. I asked around before our trip and a friend referred us to David, and he swears by him. So, at the very last minute, I emailed David to let him know our intentions and that we only had two days of our scheduled time to offer him. He happily accommodated our time frame. First impressions were very good. David was friendly, easy to approach, attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. He showed us 4 locations off the start. Each one met our requirements, but the first two choices fell through only because of developer limits. No fault to David. He was determined and got us what we wanted on the 3rd location, which turned out to be the best by far. Within a day and a half, we signed to purchase our first out of state property, and David Essuman of Havoya Real Estate made it possible. I made this joke before, but seriously when I call Dave picks up the phone more often than my own mother.

Seriously, he made this whole ordeal a breeze. Since I was a kid, I always thought that buying a place would be a headache. I am a first time buyer and had a lot of questions. I did tons of research on the side of what David told me and Dave usually got me the correct answer before I was able to find it on my own. His answers were always direct and clear, he helped me navigate through lenders to eventually find the right fit.

Additionally, David was very diligent in his efforts to help me find a place. The place that we ended up getting was one that Dave sent to me at 1 in the morning and I saw it the next morning at 6 when I woke up. This guy never sleeps.

I would definitely recommend Dave to someone and plan on purchasing more properties through him and using his services as a property manager eventually.

You will not find a more ethical and hard working broker anywhere. I have done several deals with David now and each one has presented its own unique challenges but not once have I really had to worry about the work being done on these deals. When a problem arises he will have already worked out a solution before you even know it. He is a fierce negotiator and defender of his clients. No task is too small, no question is too simple. He is in the business of building relationships with the people he serves and therefore will not let you down. I only wish he did more than just real estate so I could work with him more.

David Essuman had helped several friends of ours from Hawai'i purchase a home in Utah and they had only good things to say about him, so we thought we'd give him a try. This was our first purchase of a home out-of-state and I didn't know what to expect, but I was preparing myself for a complicated process. I was surprised how smoothly it went! The time difference was not a problem at all. David was available no matter what time of day it was and responded to text messages instantly and I don't think there was ever a time that I called him that his phone went to voicemail. That's amazing! The thing I like about David is that he's very proactive. When we came across minor bumps in the road, he'd solve them first. By the time he contacted us he'd explain the situation and followed up with how he had already handled it or would provide info on the research he did and we only had to make a decision and tell him our preference and then he'd take care of it right away. We highly recommend David and feel confident in saying that you won't regret using him for your real estate needs. I wish we could clone him and have him be a realtor in our home state too!

We were so pleased with everything about David during our homebuying experience. He was recommended to us after being frustrated with multiple Realtors. David was very knowledgeable and knew instantly what we were trying to find. He also went out of his way to make himself readily available to help out in any way throughout this process. The real estate market is crazy right now and leads to many frustrations. David was so patient and kind with all of our frustrations with that market. He treated us like we were special clients. We felt important and values throughout this whole process.
