David is smart and personable. He worked hard and helped me find not only the right home, but the right situation for my family. He gets back to you in a timely fashion and does what a good realtor should do--puts the deal together without pushing you into the wrong situation. He seemed genuinely intent on helping us and did a wonderful job. David knows his stuff, and I would refer him to a friend without hesitation.

Dude almost responds to texts et al before you even ask the question, he's that good. Couldn't recommend any higher. Plus he's a cool dresser, so there's that.

If your looking for an honest and i mean honest real estate agent that is going to fight for your money like its his, David Essuman is the man. If you are looking for a house when your in the middle of a pandemic and interest rates are record low and everytime you put out an offer your up against another 10+ dont give up David achieved not only beating many offers but he did it while i was using a utah housing loan and he did it with my top choice property in our very hot utah market.

Also right now every property in utah is getting sold for more. After the agreed price david was also able to negotiate it down more! Why? I was willing to pay the asking price... but David treated my money like his so he saved me a couple of thousand doing so.

Honestly can't recommend David Essuman enough! He's been the reason we've been able to find and get exactly what we wanted and I can always count on him to be honest on all the pros and cons of our new investments. David is so friendly and personable and full of great advice, I don't think we ever want to work with anyone else when it comes to buying a new home!

We would not consider using anybody else other than David. David is VERY attentive and puts his customers first, always! He has helped us in more than just purchasing properties. We have learned a lot from working with Dave and consider him a business partner, trusted friend and family member.
