This was the first time to sell a home and I was worried about the whole process and had lots of questions and he managed to make this process go so smoothly and painless! It has been by far the best experience! He is extremely knowledgeable of the Utah county market, and understands what it takes to get you into the home you want or sell your property. David does not waste time (he's never pushy), he works with your needs, and keeps a constant line of communication all along the way. He laid out a plan and has delivered and everything has happened on schedule and as promised. We highly recommend David!

Our home buying process has been anything but easy. We were a couple of days from closing and our financing fell through. Throughout the entire process David was very supportive and encouraging, always bringing a positive attitude. When we saw the huge stack of papers we needed to sign we realized how much work goes behind the scenes. Dave Essuman is absolutely a stellar agent. Not only does he get the job done but he really cares about us and our family. He has the right connections to help move the deal at the right pace. It took us about 3 years and a lot of patience on Dave's behalf to really find the place we wanted and when we were ready he worked very long hours to get our short sale closed in 2.5 weeks! One thing that helped me in the buying process is his knowledge about buying process and because of that I didn't have to worry about everything happening in the background. David was very professional and easy to work with. Anytime we asked to see homes he scheduled viewings immediately and got us out looking around. When it came time for putting in offers, he was very good and quick at handling all the paperwork. Doing everything through e-signatures made it very simple and time effective. David was not a pushy salesman and let us choose which home we wanted and ensured we got the best deal possible for it. We really enjoyed our home buying experience with him.

David's genial nature and good humor made it a pleasure to work with him. It helped a great deal to have an agent that was fluent in Portuguese seeing that my wife does not yet speak much English. The process was somewhat of a nail-biter due to complications in closing the loan and arranging the financing. through all this David was there to assist and encourage and we were finally able to conclude a successful purchase.
