I don’t often take time to review much of anything, but Dave Neu is a phenomenal person and agent. He and I started talking well over a year ago about potentially listing three of my homes. Dave was very easy to talk to, extremely laid back and he knew what he was talking about. His charisma and dedication was clearly proven when I came into some issues with two of my homes. Dave new I was short on time and was having troubles finding last minute help to handle the issues. Dave picked up all the tools we needed and worked literally side by side with me for a solid week. I'm not talking light work either. He wouldn’t let me pay him or even buy him dinner. Not only did he work hard, he was such great company and I feel I built a friendship with him. He is not simply in the job for the money, believe it or not. If it were not for Dave and his support, I can’t imagine getting through the rough week like I did. He is a people person for sure!

Dave is 100% a true professional. This was my first home I have bought. I thought the process would be easier but it wasn’t. I had a lender that really screwed things up. Dave's the best! I was searching for a home in Spokane while living in Seattle and Dave was nice enough to schedule showings for my family to attend while they used a phone to walk me through each home on video. He was easy to communicate with, always letting me know his schedule so that I knew when he would be at other appointments and always calling me when he said he would. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and Dave was very knowledgeable about the Spokane market and any question he didn't know the answer to right away, he'd get back after tracking it down. I've already recommended Dave to a friend of mine and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in Spokane!
