Found Deanna's number on Zillow, and never dreamt a short time later, she would find us the house of our dreams! We live in Washington State, but spoke frequently regarding our wants and needs. First trip down we set up a few to look at, and when she showed us our home, (which was not fully in our guidelines, and thought a bit out of our budget) that was it! Deanna Peters came along as an Angle and saved me from the all the pitfalls that could have happened with an inexperienced agent.
