Deanne worked deligently to sell our home quick. We had purchased a home out of state non contingent on the sell of our CA home. We did not want to own 2 homes but we did not want to loose the AZ home so we pushed forward in this manner. She worked hard to sell our home, construction nearby was a factor to many possible buyers and she had a plan to provide as much detail to a buyer upfront to not risk loosing the sale after being in escrow. It worked, the buyer fell in love with our home and we, closed less than 2 weeks after the close of our new AZ home. We've used Deanne in the past and would use her again! I don’t think we can thank Deanne Stott enough for guiding us through this process. It was definitely something we weren’t ready to embark on but she made it so easy. We thought we were going to end up in a house we didn’t really like due to time constraints and we ended up in one we love and can really see ourselves in long term. So thank you for writing multiple offers, doing virtual open houses when we were on vacation, being with us in person for multiple open houses and for working tirelessly to get us into this amazing house. And for Mark Kaletta really working tirelessly to get us the credit he felt we deserved for repairs. His knowledge and determination really shined and made us feel comfortable proceeding with the gouse. We couldn’t have had better representation. The knowledge behind every aspect of this transaction and the relentless work put in is really what made this entire process go so quickly and seamlessly.
