Once we saw the house and decided on making an offer, Autumn turned on her superpowers and got our offer in first in the best light possible in a highly competitive environment. She was able to persuade the owners to accept our offer and cancel a planned open house for the first weekend it was on the market. Another couple that was in the process of traveling from out of town to see the house and make an offer the next day were out of luck.
