My wife and I loved working with Debbie Marable. She was patient in working with us to find the perfect property, never pushing us to make a decision on a purchase. Then when we bought our new home, she helped us ask all the proper questions about the unknowns of the new property. After moving in to the new house she helped us with the sell of our old house, making suggestions for a better showing, and helped us tremendously when jumping through hoops to satisfy the new buyer coming in to our old place. We love Debbie, she understood us. She cared.

Debra was always there for you day or night. Always had quick answers to questions and helped sell our home and buy another at the same time with no stress at all. I would tell anyone and everyone to use Debra for selling or buying a home, she will find exactly what you are looking for and get your home sold fast. Our home sold in under 30 days and we bought a home about the same amount of time. I would highly recommend her to anyone wether it be your first time buying a home or tenth.

We left broker decision up to Debbie. She has been our agent on several homes, both residential and rentals. She has proven to be extremely trustworthy, professional and is very good a dealing with all the issues that can come up during the process. The broker selection to my knowledge was her recommendation and based on our history with her was not even an issue or required any other research.

Good as the Best and better than the rest. When have bought and sold several homes and rentals over the years and Debbie is the best Realtor we have ever been associated with.
