Debbie was absolutely fantastic in helping us get our house listed, under contract, and sold. She helped us find an appraiser to figure out our list point, and also recommend a home inspector in order to tackle things before we listed. Unltimately, the house was on the market for 6 days before we had our first, and final offer. Overall time to close was right around 6 weeks, but that was driven by our purchase.

Debbie has worked with some of our family members before, and we will absolutely recommend her to anyone we know who plans to list their house.
