Deborah (Debbie) Burness has 38 years of experience as a full-time Realtor. From 2009 to 2011, she was an REO Agent and managed a team of five. From 2010 to 2015, she served as Manager, CEO, and coach for Keller Williams Realty Carmel, overseeing three offices. From 2015 to 2018, she held the same roles at Keller Williams Realty in Livermore and Pleasanton, CA. Between 2018 and 2019, she worked as a recruiter and coach at Century 21 in San Ramon, CA. She averages 20 sales per year, but during 2009 to 2011, she averaged 85 sales per year. She joined Compass in 2019 and has been building her sales business. In 2021, she partnered with her daughter-in-law, Amanda Elhassan, to form BE Real Estate Group at Compass. In 2021, she also became a Coach for Tom Ferry International.
